If you have upgraded your game account to the Collector's Edition of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty after having already used a Standard Edition key, we can provide you with a replacement Standard Edition game account that you can use on a different Battle.net account. You can then play on two separate StarCraft II game accounts.
Please note that we can only offer this replacement within 7 days of the upgrade from Standard Edition to Collector's Edition.
As we cannot provide you with a physical key, we can simply activate StarCraft II on a different Battle.net account on your behalf.
Should you wish to proceed with this activation, please provide the following information:
- The Battle.net account that currently holds the Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty license (please do NOT send us your password)
- Your full real name
- The destination Battle.net Account Name (please do NOT send us your password)
- The Secret Question and Answer of the source Battle.net account
If your key was purchased from a retailer, you will also need to provide the following:
- The standard edition authentication key for Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty
Upon receiving this information we can activate a new StarCraft II game account a different Battle.net account.
