We don't have any plans to create a ladder ranking system that shows every single person's ranking in a linear fashion. That said, however, we do have plans to give everyone information on who the top players are and who are the people to watch. StarCraft II has only been out for a week, and we're still only starting to see who is climbing the ladder to the top, but we absolutely have plans to let those people shine a bit however we can.
